My close friend recently had a traumatic C-section, and witnessing her recovery process was both mentally and physically draining. However, I noticed that one thing that helped her immensely was connecting with other women who went through similar experiences. Sharing stories, fears, and triumphs provided a sense of solidarity and reassurance that she wasn’t alone in her struggles. Additionally, she made a conscious effort to prioritize her mental and emotional well-being, practicing self-care and seeking support to rebuild her strength after such a challenging time. I am curious to hear how others coped and found healing after going through a similar situation.
