What a fantastic hospital with professional and friendly staff. I was admitted through the ER yesterday and once stabilised taken into ICU. I was treated like gold by every Doctor, Nurse, Sister, Cleaner, Kitchen personal as well as the Admin team processing the paperwork. Every step of my treatment was explained to me. I felt safe and cared for which was so calming to someone as sick as I was was / am. Thank you to everyone in this Team ❤️
The environment is very clean, they jave the best doctors.. But i got discharged without being informed and was thrown out of my bed not because I was out of funds…. No..because “there was patience waiting for beds at reception”… 10 minutes later the ambulance services was coming to collect me to a step down that i was not even informed about…. I felt overlooked and disrespected… I feel it because of my race…. Im stil to lodge a formal complaint. I never experienced such racism in my life… Ive always had an open mind about race. But this incident has made me feel otherwise about whites!
