I always receive the best service and welcoming smiles but today.. Elmarie Erasmus, I think she is the manager of some kind was very hostile towards me today.. I was there 15 mins before closing time she made me feel like trash for not knowing I need to send them the papers…. And I quote “no I can’t accept this in this way send it to me on WhatsApp..then she throws the info card towards me.. And I was like sure no problem but the way she treated me was not professional in any way.. I don’t go to pharmacies often so how should I have known?
Please a little respect goes a long way.. All the other staff has never even once treated me badly. We all have personal issues and problems. Leave them at home and treat your clients with respect.. I’ll rather next time wait 10 mins longer so one of the other ladies can help me.
The correct response from her should have been yes I can help you with this percription but could you send it to this number for me so I can print the papers that I need. It’s just the process we need to follow thank you for shopping with us.. Have a nice day.
Hopefully she doesn’t treat all her clients like she treated me today.
