I arrived at 10 yesterday they told me i was too late they are done for the day i should come tomorrow, i did as they said, i woke up early this morning and by 8:15 i had arrived. The other lady came to me while i was still in the line…Outside for that matter and she asked me what brought me to the clinic i explained to her she then said she is going inside to ask for me whether they are going to be able to help me or not… she came back a minute later and told me they are done for the day and they work using the number of poeple they cannot exceed the limit of people.
I am so disappointed 💔
Places like these make us lose hope even more, you go there @8:30 they tell you are late you could have came early. What time is early? Why they assume you over slept? When someone is in pain and only get to sleep around 4am you say they hate to wakeup? Wow, all I can say the service is disgusting
Visited during the Covid19 period and the service was fast, there were safety measures in place, social distancing and no entry without a mask. The line was not very long, the staff was very helpful and I liked that Philile had extra mask with her just in case someone came without a mask, because they are serving the homeless and poor.
