Worst place to be. Service is a -10 even slower that goverment hospitals. Never again in my life
I don’t know what happened since Nogane Enny did the review…. But the service is poor… It’s worse than poor….. I have been here to do medical entry as a contractor for my company. Sitting in the queue since 7H30 this morning. It is currently 12H37…. All I did until now is drug test, blood pressure and weight….
I am number 59 in the queue (we got numbers that they call out and then you enter the room.) My colleague is number 37 and he was here an hour before me. He is also still waiting for his number to be called a second time…. We still need to do lung test, ear test, eye test and x-rays.
Pathetically slow doesn’t justify the words to describe what poor works performance the employees is presenting at a well known mine…..
It is shocking that everyone else that is here just sits around and accepts that this is how it is. Honestly….. Is this what the working class has come down to…. No wonder nothing in this country ever gets done properly….. There is no will to work anymore….. Its all just done to receive a salary, but when increase time comes…. They want to complain because they didn’t get enough increase, but honestly….. With a works performance like these employees I would’ve much rather decrease their salaries coz they don’t justify any reason for an increas.
It’s like they don’t realize that the mine needs to make production and these guys that come for yearly medicals is just sitting here and gets paid for a day but they didn’t produce anything….. So now the mine runs at a loss coz they need to pay twice for a service that they didn’t get….. Firstly the employees at the clinic and then the employees working at the mine…. 2 salaries per day, wasted….
Apart from the mines employees…. All the contractors also need to pay their employees a salary for the day with no work being done. Contractors charge the mine almost 3 times his paying rate. How much is the mine loosing now?
