This whole comlex is a nightmare. No disabled parking available. One disabled parking space occupied 1 by a vehicle with an abled person chomping his lunch. The other 2 disabled parking spaces are occupied with a single Range River parked over both spaces. The receptionists are notorious rude. Just an overall badly run location.
The male receptionist has an attitude, rude and quite unprofessional. I had an appointment at 10:45, arrived at 10:30am. He saw me coming in and didn’t bother to call me and called people that arrived after me. I went to remind him of my appointed at 11am, he gave me an attitude. Disappointed with the service. The doctor was sweet and nice.
The whole system is broken…
