Manzini Clinic

I am reluctant to give this review because 6 years ago I delivered my daughter at manzini clinic and had the most amazing experience.staff,facilities and pricing were all on point. I went in a few days ago with a problem and supposedly needed an emergency opp which I landed up not needing after a second opinion elsewhere. I had to pay for more tests after spending all day doing the same tests at manzini clinic because the new doctor no longer trusted the results I came with.

The receptionist at Manzini clinic also kept insisting on payment before I even saw the doctor and the price quoted for the opp was more than double what the next doctor was going to charge also in a private clinic.

Truly horrific!!! We had made a appointment the day before! The Dr was 25minutes late and obviously in a foul mood! He slammed the door so we had to wait outside when i decided to knock and go in he shouted ‘the nurse is suppose to let you in’. He proceeded to shout at the nurse.. i asked if he would prefer i cancel the appointment?? To which he shouted yes cancel and leave! I asked the nurse down the hall if this doctor is always so rude, she said yes and shes sorry!

I had a lovely experience. The nurses are very kind. Dr Omolo is a good and patient gynaecologist. They kept the rooms clean. And the food was decent.

Reception staff are rude and inconsiderate. No clear instructions on what we are to do. You arrive, they don’t register you, tell you to sit down and they will call you. Over an hour later, you go and check they say yes the Dr is there but they are yet to register you. When you ask why they delay, they tell you they are busy. Hospital has great doctors when you finally get to see one but horrible, horrible front desk staff.
