My mother had gone to the hospital requiring her copy of medical records, she was told that her file is missing and they will look for it. She did partially fracture her tibia during a motor vehicle accident. So according to hpcsa are kept safe and she is in the process in applying for RAF. I am disappointed in how the hospital conducts themselves, losing files and rudely communicating to patients. Legal services please intervene with that hospital. It is utter nonsense.
They do as they please, Doctors don’t care, they don’t do bookings for patients that must see specialist, they are a big disgrace, they sent eldery sick patients away on their appointments date, they take advantage of being in rural areas where patients are not familiar with complaints procedures……; this hospital must just close down, they doing nothing all they do is playing with people’s life.
