Bad service they helped me with another patient inside the consultation room they even revealed her status in front of me.
I had the worst experience at this clinic. I took my baby for his 12 month immunisation visit and was turned away because the nurses couldn’t understand the Netcare Road to Health card. What a disappointment 🙁 🙁 🙁
Helps people get free medication
Went to my local clinic and it was still closed so I came here and was told to go back to that clinic ,so I asked to see Matron Modau and she made herself available to explain to me why they ask patients to use clinics within 5m radius from your home ,did you know that each clinic gets allocated resources and budget according to the number of people recorded on the sensus in that Area??? If we all flood one clinic they will not have enough for the people in that area and they also get overworked.
Also each clinic must submit daily foot traffic the more people the more development there will be.

BAD Service. I told one of those pathetic nurses about their treatment. I was very angry. If you can’t deal with patients, don’t be a nurse or work at a health department.
