Waited for 2h30 without been attend, I was number 3 on the queue and it was not moving, the only movement you see is the staff parading in and out with their food, cellphones, modeling infront of us with no worry or concern.I had to leave without been attend to, Horrible service.
The nurses here are so unprofessional they think they don’t need to respect people who use their services. To think that they are paid from the publics purse disappoints me entirely. Especially nurse/sister Mabel really rude!
My wife, two kids and myself had to go to clinic as we were all suffering badly with flu. We saw the nurse who was working out of room D14, I cannot remember her name. It felt as if she was just trying to get us out of there as soon as possible. She was very unprofessional and didn’t even bother to examine us. My wife didn’t even get antibiotics. I’m no doctor but even I know you need antibiotics to help with the flu. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
