Worst clinic ever. It opens at 7am but they start to attend patients at 9am. They use the 2 hours to gossip and then at 10am they tell they going to tea break. The staff is rude from reception to the sisters.
I appreciate the clinic because of the kindness of the staff, their commitment to caring and helping patients. I say this because I have seen how badly people are treated at other clinics, and Phola Park are remarkable at treating their patients well. My baby girl was born there years ago and I definitely recommend it. Only downside is their slow service ;i don’t know if it’s the system they use or what, but they are pretty slow. This is my only complaint with them
So disappointed with the service here. Waited since 07:00 it is 11:38 and I’m still waiting to be attended.
I Don’t Even Know Where To Start, Had My Baby In September 2022..The Experience Was Magnificent The Nurses Did A Great Job And They Were Understanding 🥺Loved It
